my story
2013
Began my journey with Walsall FC, working with both the first team and academy as a Strength and Conditioning Coach
2022
Launched DH Training Club from humble beginnings, transforming a garden space into a functional studio.
2017
Transitioned to Aston Villa FC, stepping into the role of Academy Sports Scientist.
2024
Took a bold step forward by expanding into our beautifully renovated new studio at Bearwood Yoga.
